IT IS WITH GREAT SADNESS THAT WE CLOSED OUR DOORS AGAIN LATE LAST NIGHT DUE TO THE TIER 4 RESTERICTIONS.

WE WILL BE IN TOUCH WITH EVERY CLIENT THAT HAD AN APPOINTMENT BOOKED - IN DATE ORDER AS SOON AS WE HAVE A REOPENING DATE.

OUR ONLINE BOOKING FACILITY HAS BEEN DISABLED FOR THE TIME BEING.

THE HEALTH AND WELLBEING OF OUR TEAM AND CLIENTS HAS ALWAYS BEEN OUR PRIORITY AND WILL CONTINUE TO BE SO.

WE ARE TAKING ADVICE DAILY REGARDING ALL UPDATES FOR OUR INDUSTRY DIRECTLY FROM  NHBF

PLEASE BE ASSURED WE TAKE HEALTH AND SAFETY VERY SERIOUSLY FOR OUR STAFF AND CLIENTS

IF YOU ARE COMING TO THE SALON FROM 04 JULY 2020, PLEASE ENSURE YOU READ THIS INFORMATION FULLY PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL.

We have taken the decision to provide PPE to not only our staff, but have made the decision to provide our guests with this also, in order to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our team and our clients at all times whilst you are with us.  This is compulsory for every client in order to attend the salon.

PLEASE ENSURE YOU READ THE INFORMATION BELOW 

Before you come into the salon we are asking you to please:

PLEASE arrive alone for your appointment, even if you are coming with a family or a BUBBLE member, we will only be able to admit the client who is expected at this time into the salon.

Please wait in your car or outside in the fresh air, please feel free to use the tables and chairs provided outside the salon should you wish, but I'm afraid this is at your own risk, as we cannot monitor what goes on outside.  You will be required to wait until you are notified at the door that you may now enter the salon.

Your BUFF staff member will greet you at the door and will direct you to the floor markings where you will be required to stand to use our SANIVIEW DIGITAL FACE SCANNER to check your temperature.  ANYONE DISPLAYING A TEMPERATURE OF ABOVE 37.5 OR ABOVE WILL BE REQUIRED TO RESCAN UP TO TWO MORE TIMES ONLY.  If your temperature remains to high you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.

You will then be GIVEN YOUR VERY OWN BUFF PPE PACK THIS CONTAINS ALL YOU WILL NEED TO USE WHILST HERE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING :

DISPOSABLE FACE MASK/GOWN/CAPE/GLOVES/TOWELS/SHOE COVERS - you will be provided a large plastic carrier bag to put your coat and handbag into at this point we are unable to take coats or large bags so please keep to a minimum size wise.

The team member responsible for you whilst you are with us will run through everything with you upon arrival before entering into the main salon.

EVERY TEAM MEMBER WILL ALSO BE WEARING FACE MASKS/SHIELDS/DISPOSABLE GLOVES/APRONS - THIS IS CHANGED BETWEEN EVERY CLIENT as well as hands being washed and the working area is sanitised with medical grade products to ensure  safety and protect the next client.

You will notice screens have been put in place between the hair & pedicure chairs, although they are already spaced to the government requirements, we feel this is an extra precaution for you all. The backwash area also has a screen between the basins.

You may be asked to wait in our comfortable pedicure area whilst your colour is developing.

Please bring your own reading material, or IPad or phone as we are unable to provide magazines at this time.  All I would ask is that you adopt a kind approach to noise and keep your phones on silent, so not to disturb other clients.

PLEASE practice social distancing around anyone else inside the salon, you will notice floor markings INSIDE & OUTSIDE the salon, these are for your your benefit, so please follow when needed.

We are unable to offer any drinks inside the salon so please bring with you, should you wish.

PLEASE BE AWARE 

WE ARE ATTEMPTING TO TAKE ALL PAYMENTS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT, AS THERE IS NO RECEPTION TEAM.

However, please bring your bank card or contactless payment just in case I haven't managed to take this from you over the phone on Friday 3rd of July, as it will be cashless payments only and I'm sure your able to appreciate this could result in delays on the day if not.

We are also kindly asking customers to reschedule appointment if: 

You have experienced any cold or flu symptoms in the last 14 days 

However, please bring your bank card or contactless payment just in case I haven't managed to take this from you over the phone on Friday 3rd of July, as it will be cashless payments only and I'm sure your able to appreciate this could result in delays on the day if not.

We hope that these measures make you feel excited to come to the salon and assure you that we as a business have gone above and beyond to ensure your safety and ours. You can be confident that you are in very safe hands! 

If there is any need for cancellation of appointments that are booked for the 4th or 5th of July at this point will  incur a cancellation a charge, which I am sure you will all appreciate. I thank you in advance for all the support and love you have shown whilst we have been closed and we can't wait to see you all.
