What is your Cancellation Policy?APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS We politely ask that you arrive on time for your appointment as this ensures the smooth running of the day. Lateness will result in having to cut down your appointment time, so we do not run late for the next client, as we are generally fully booked. It will be necessary for you to fill out a client consultation form before each treatment. This is necessary for insurance purposes and treatments cannot be carried out without this information. The form will be sent to you usually 48 hours prior to your appointment. It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies/medical conditions on this form so we can perform a bespoke treatment for you. If you do have any medical conditions, you think we may need to know about, please either email us at enquiries@buffhairandbeauty.com prior to booking. BUFF LIFESTYLE HAIR & BEAUTY SALON requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to CANCEL your appointment. The following cancellation charges apply to each time frame of notice. Less than 24 hours’ notice – 50% of service cost Less than 12 hours’ notice – 75% of service cost No Show - 100% of service cost In order to rearrange an appointment that is rebooked within a 7-day time frame there will be NO CHARGE. If, however it is rebooked AFTER the 7-day period there will be a cancellation charge applied – 25% of service cost. If a booking is cancelled within the appropriate time frame your booking deposit will be refunded within 3-5 business working days.

What are your Christmas Hours?Hours Buff Lifestyle Hair & Beauty Salon will be closed from January 1st to January 8th, 2025, inclusive, for an extended holiday for our team. During this time, we will not be available to respond to phone calls, emails, or our new WhatsApp messaging service. The salon will reopen on January 9th, 2025. Please note that we still require a 48-hour cancellation notice for any appointments scheduled on January 9th. We look forward to welcoming you back in the new year!

Do you have parking?No. We don't offer parking. The parking restrictions are 10:30 - 11:30 Monday - Friday. Alternatively you can Use the paid car park in the Salisbury Arms. Park out of the restricted zones. Or if you are a local resident have you permit on display.

Do you have Wi-Fi?Yes. We have recently upgraded our system to enable our guests to enjoy one of the best Hotspots in Winchmore Hill allowing you to work from your mobile device should it be necessary. Please familiarise your self with our T & C's regarding this. Please ask one of the team for the QR code.

Paper MagazinesNo. We don't offer paper magazine since COVID, but be we do offer Digi-mag. Please ask the team for the QR code and you can access over 100 titles FREE or charge.
